Antibody Libraries
Antibody Libraries are generated in bacteria by immunizing Camels (VHH/CaMab) and Mice (scfv) with pathogens or diseased patient tissues. True human libraries (scfv) are also generated from volunteers (naive/patients) suffering from cancers and autoimmune diseases.
They are subsequently enriched by multiple rounds of panning using the phage display system and hits (high affinity antibodies) are isolated. The hits can be reformatted into Fc, full length antibody, AbTids® or displayed/secreted by probiotics.
Libraries have been generated against clinically important pathogens, and cells of cancerous and autoimmune origin.
Custom antibody libraries have also been developed for clients against their antigens of interest.
